This event is for Sr High Youth only. All youth must have a slip (below & a transportation permission slip) and a $35.00 deposit turned into your leaders by Oct 3,2010. Due to last week's concert, we are extending the deadline until Sunday Oct. 10.  Please Make sure to have the slips to us by that point!!!  Sorry, but all deposits are non-refundable, so please check your schedules now. There will be 3 youth and leader/Jr leader to a room. These arrangements will be made after Oct 3.

We will leave at 4 p.m. from the Thompsontown UMC on Friday, March 4, 2011. We will return to that location at approx. 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 6. All youth should bring money for Supper Saturday night and lunch Sunday morning. We will provide breakfast Saturday, lunch Saturday and breakfast Sunday and Pizza for Friday night supper. There is a food court and Starbucks downstairs in the Hilton (Strawberry Square), so bring extra money if you want snacks or extra drinks. Pack as lightly as possible to avoid a long haul with your luggage. Bring extra bedding (sleeping bags, air mattress, etc.) if you
don't want to share beds with anyone. Free WiFi is available at the Hilton for your internet devices. Video games and approved movies are permitted for free time. Appropriate clothing is required at all times.

Total cost of Impact for each youth depends on his/her attendance at youth meetings between Sept 12 and Feb 28, 2011. If youth are in attendance at every youth meeting (with the exception of 3 absences and excluding the Super Bowl Party), the $35 fee is all you will have to pay. If you miss more than 3 meetings, we will require an additional $35 for your attendance to Impact. A notice will be mailed to each youth attending before the end of February to inform them of their amount due if any, along with rules and room assignments.
